~How to make “tasty cake”~
This is easy to make a original cake with kids!
← My daughter made a delicious kiwi cake and some small cakes.
<tools>
1 electric whisk(ハンドミキサー) / 1 mixing bowls (ボウル)/ 1 plastic spatula(ゴムべら)
1 saucepan(なべ 湯せん用) /1 sieve(粉ふるい) / 1 round cake tin(18cmケーキ型)
1 step palette knife (スパテラ) / 1 oven (オーブン)
<ingredients for 18cm round cake>
2 eggs(たまご) / sugar(さとう) 70g / flour (小麦粉)70g / butter(バター) 20g /
milk(ミルク) 10cc / vanillaessence (バニラエッセンス) a little bit /
double cream(whipped) / fruits / chocolate etc… (トッピングは自由に!)

☆PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180℃.
☆PREPARE HOT WALTER(40℃) IN THE SAUCE PAN
☆MIX TOGETHER MELTED BUTTER , MILK AND VANILLAESSENCE

1 BEAT THE EGGS WITH AN ELECTRINIC WHISK IN THE BOWL AND
ADD THE SUGAR AND BEAT A LITTLE.
2 PUT THE BOWL INTO THE HOT WATERE AND
EGGS AND SUGAR MIX TOGETHER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
USING AN ELECTRIC WHISK.
3 SIEVE THE PLAIN FLOUR INTO A BOWL AND
MIX TOGETHER WITH A PLASTIC SPATULA.
ADD MIXED BUTTER AND MIX MORE.
4 PUT THE ROUND CAKE TIN AND SPOON THE CAKE MIXTURE.
5 HOLD THE CAKE TIN AND PUT DOWN 2 TIMES ON THE TABLE.
6 BAKE THE CAKE FOR 17MIN.
7 REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE OVEN AND
ALLOW IT TO COOL IN THE CAKE TRAY.
8 MAKW SURE THE CAKE IS COMPLEATELY COOL
BEFORE PUTTING ON THE TOPPING.
PUT THE CAKE ON A SERVING PLATE AND SPREAD A
WHIPPED CREAM AND PUT FRUITS.
